In addition to the default fields, you have the option to map additional fields from Zoho CRM with Project Custom fields.
Permissions
You must have access to Organization Settings to map additional fields.
Adding Additional Fields from Zoho CRM
- Go to Organization Settings > Response Project > Custom Fields and click Create New.
- The Create Custom Field pop-up is displayed. Complete the information as detailed in this article.
- Check the Associate with Zoho CRM box.
- Select the object type, then select the field from the Zoho CRM Fields drop-down list that you want to map with the Responsive custom field and click Create.
