Adding Additional Fields from Zoho CRM


Zoho CRM is an add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or, to enable it.

In addition to the default fields, you have the option to map additional fields from Zoho CRM with Project Custom fields.


You must have access to Organization Settings to map additional fields.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Adding Additional Fields from Zoho CRM

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Project > Custom Fields and click Add Field.
    2. The Add Custom Field pop-up is displayed. Complete the information as detailed in this article.
    3. Check the Associate with Zoho CRM box.
    4. Select the object type, then select the field from the Zoho CRM Fields drop-down list that you want to map with the Responsive custom field.
    5. Click Add to add the new field.
