Adjusting Responsive session limits

Overview

Responsive has an automatic time out function to ensure that sensitive information is being protected.

Permissions

Only Admins can adjust the duration of the session limit.

Enabling custom time out

1. Go to Organization Settings > My Organization > Security.
2. Click Others tab and turn the Session Timeout toggle on.
3. Enter a value for the Idle Session Timeout in minutes.
   Note: The smallest session limit that can be set is 30 minutes.
4. Enter a value for the Session Timeout in minutes.
   
5. Click Save.
