Why are unverified users not receiving email notifications?

Unverified users do not receive email notifications from the application. The user account must be authenticated (meaning the user needs to accept the invitation, create a password, and log in) prior to receiving any email notifications of assignments, tasks, discussions, or workflows. To resend a verification email, follow these instructions.

Once the user has verified their account, they can view their tasks and assignments from their My Work page.
