When to Use Radio Buttons as Answer Types in Excel

Overview

When a questionnaire asks that you respond to a question which has choices in a column, use a radio button as the answer type. Users can choose this answer type while configuring the Excel file.

Question A has answer choices of Yes, No, or N/A and one needs to be selected as a response.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Using Radio Buttons as Answer Types in Excel

    1. Select the Answer column and map it with ANSWER from the right options menu.
    2. Select Radio from the Answer Type drop-down.
    3. Add Value in File and Value in UI. Click Add Answer Option to add more answers options. 
    4. Click Save.
    5. Click Save and then Import.
    6. In the Answering Page, respond to the question, and export the response.


      The exported file is displayed:
