Overview
When the questionnaire asks that you select one answer in a radio format from multiple columns, use a multi-column radio button as the answer type. Users can choose the multi-column radio button answer type while configuring the Excel file.
Using multi-column radio buttons as answer types in Excel
- Select the Answer column and map it with Answer from the right menu options.
- The Answer Configuration pop-up appears. Change the Answer Header to Response (Optional).
- Select Multi-Column Radio from the Select Answer Type drop-down.
- Enter the Column Name, Value in File and Value in UI.
- Click Add Answer Options to add more values and click Save.
- Click Save and then Import.
- In the Answering Page, answer the questions and export the responses.
