When to Use Multi-Column Radio Buttons as Answer Types in Excel

Overview

When the questionnaire asks that you select one answer in a radio format from multiple columns, use a multi-column radio button as the answer type. Users can choose the multi-column radio button answer type while configuring the Excel file.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • When to Use Multi-Column Radio Buttons as Answer Types in Excel

    1. Select the Answer column and map it with ANSWER from the right menu options.
    2. The Answer Configuration pop-up appears. Change the Answer Header to Response (Optional).
    3. Select Multi-Column Radio from the Select Answer Type drop-down.
    4. Enter the Column Name, Value in File and Value in UI.
    5. Click Add Answer Options to add more values and click Save.
    6. Click Save and then Import.
    7. In the Answering Page, answer the questions and export the responses.
