Overview
When the questionnaire asks that you select one answer in a radio format from multiple columns, use a multi-column radio button as the answer type. Users can choose the multi-column radio button answer type while configuring the Excel file.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

When to Use Multi-Column Radio Buttons as Answer Types in Excel

Select the Answer column and map it with
ANSWER from the right menu options.
- The Answer Configuration pop-up appears. Change the Answer Header to Response (Optional).

Select Multi-Column Radio from the
Select Answer Type drop-down.
- Enter the Column Name, Value in File and Value in UI.

Click Add Answer Options to add more values and
click Save.
- Click Save and then Import.

In the Answering Page, answer the questions and export the responses.
The exported file displays:
