Overview
When responding to question that have answer choices in a different column, and you can select multiple answers, use checkbox as the answer type.
When the questionnaire asks users to mark the appropriate boxes in multiple columns.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

When to Use Checkboxes as Answer Types in Excel
- Select the Answer column and map it with ANSWER from the right options menu.
- Select Checkbox as answer type from the drop-down.
- Specify the Column, Value in File and Value in UI fields. Add all checkbox options by clicking Add Answer Option.
- Enter "Response" as the Answer Header and click Save.
- Click Import.
- In the Answering Page, answer the question and export the response.
The exported file displays as shown below:
- Select the Answer column and map it with ANSWER from the right options menu.
