Overview
When assigning users to a section or a project, you can view a complete list of all group members by using the % symbol.
Assigning Users to Specific Sections
- Open a project and navigate to the Sections page.
- Select the checkbox associated with the sections to be assigned.
- Click Manage Users from the header bar.
- The Manage Users pop-up appears. Select the required tab (either Authors, Reviewers, Guests).
- Enter the % symbol in the Authors Name field to get a complete list of all members of the team, which you can then select.
Assigning Users to Entire Projects
- Navigate to the Team tab and click Add People in the top right.
- Select Add Existing Users or Add New Users. The respective pop-up appears.
- Enter the % symbol to search for users as shown in the image below:
