Viewing and editing your organization plans and billing

Overview

For customers who manage their plan online, you can access your plans and billing content directly in the application. 

Permissions

The Plans and Billing portal is only available to the Super Admin, and those designated by the Super Admin as a billing contact. You can assign any number of billing contacts, but you must designate them before the field is visible.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Assigning new billing contacts

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
    2. Click the user you want to add as a billing contact.
    3. Check the Billing box under the Attribute section to designate the person as a billing contact.
    4. Click Save.

    Once you have updated your billing contacts, the Super Admin and Billing contacts will be able to view the plans and billing page by doing the following:

    1. Select your profile icon within the application.
    2. Select Plans and Billing.
  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.

    Assigning new billing contacts

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
    2. Click the user you want to add as a billing contact.
    3. Check the Billing box under the Attribute section to designate the person as a billing contact.
    4. Click Save.

    Once you have updated your billing contacts, the Super Admin and Billing contacts will be able to view the plans and billing page by doing the following:

    1. Select your profile icon within the application.
    2. Select Plans and Billing.
