Viewing All Questions in List View

Overview

Responsive allows you to move through all the sections in a project so you can see all questions more easily.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Viewing All Questions in List View

  You can click the icon to expand all the sections and questions and the icon to collapse them.

  

  When you click on a section, you see that section expanded to show the first few lines of the Section Description and all its questions. You can click the section description card to view the complete description and edit it as well. Other sections appear as collapsed headings in the order in which they appear in the project.

  

  Click the section headings to expand or collapse them.

  Each section heading includes a button that allows you to submit the entire section for review or complete it, or to reopen it if it has been closed.

  Icons indicate the status of the sections.

  • The Not Started icon indicates that the section has not been started.
  • The In Progress icon indicates that it has been started but not completed.
  • The Completed icon indicates that the section has been completed.

  A status bar shows the section’s progress, and you can hover over it for details. If a section has no status bar, it does not have any questions.

  

  Note: This enhancement is only available in List View.

  You can perform bulk operations on questions across sections. You can Manage Users, Bulk Answer Questions, and Update Answer Library Settings by choosing multiple questions or selecting the Select All checkbox.
