Assigning Users as Internal Contacts

Overview

An Internal Contact is a user selected to field questions directly from colleagues within Responsive. The Internal Contact typically owns the Responsive application internally and is the first line of defense against all questions for the organization.

With Individual Contacts assigned, users can select Email Internal Contact in the footer of Responsive, allowing them to send a direct message to any or all assigned Internal Contact(s).

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Assigning Users as Internal Contacts

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users and click on the user to be assigned as an Internal Contact.
    2. Under the Attributes section, check the Internal Contact box.
    3. Click Save.
  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users and click on the user to be assigned as an Internal Contact.
    2. Under the Attributes section, check the Internal Contact box.

    3. Click Save.
