Overview
You can assign multiple sections to individual members as well as teams at the project level. If you want to bulk assign sections, you can do so at each appropriate project level.
When there are a large number of sections you can bulk assign them to save time.
Bulk assigning sections and questions
- At the section level, check the boxes adjacent to the sections you want to assign or click the checkbox in the header to select all the sections, then click Manage Users in the Bulk Options toolbar.
- The Authors tab is displayed by default. Enter the names of the authors you want to assign to the sections.
- Do the following as necessary:
- Enter a message for the authors, specify if that message should be tracked as a comment, and specify if the author should receive the message immediately or if multiple notifications should be sent together.
Note: You will only be able to assign sections to users within the application. - Add the due date.
- If the sections already have authors, you can remove the existing authors and specify new ones by selecting the Reassign Authors radio button. You can remove all authors from the specified sections by selecting the Remove Authors radio button.
- Enter a message for the authors, specify if that message should be tracked as a comment, and specify if the author should receive the message immediately or if multiple notifications should be sent together.
- Click Save.
