We can automatically alert users when duplicate answers are found in projects. This is controlled by a setting, Audit Answers, which if turned on displays duplicate answer alerts. The setting can be controlled at the Organization Settings and project levels. By default, Audit Answers is turned off for a project. To enable identification of duplicate answers, Audit Answers must be turned on at the project level.

Viewing duplicates
When the settings are enabled in both Organization Settings and Project Settings, if you enter a duplicate answer, that will be checked at the backend and the Audit Answers icon appears in the Sections page and on the Questions page.
To view duplicates, click Audit Answers. The Audit Answers pop-up appears as shown below:
All the questions where the duplicate answers have appeared will be displayed on the right pane.
Note: Only contents that having exact texts are displayed as duplicates. Images are not considered. Also for considering as duplicates, the content should have minimum five words.
You can perform the following actions from the Audit Answers window:
- Click Edit to edit a duplicate answer. Once edited, if the content is not a duplicate it will be removed from the duplicates pane. Edit button will be enabled only if you have the edit access to that answer. You can add comments, flag the question as well as navigate to the question card from the Edit Response pop-up.
- Click Ignore to ignore a duplicate. Once ignore, the user's avatar will be displayed to indicate who ignored the duplicate.
- Click Ignore All to bulk ignore all duplicates. When all duplicates of a question are ignored, it will be hidden from the page.
- To display ignored duplicates, click Include Ignored Duplicates. The ignored duplicates will be displayed in the right pane along with the active duplicates. To view the ignored duplicates, you must navigate through each answer by clicking the icon on the left pane. The ignored duplicate will be positioned at it's initial count itself. For example, if the 5th question is ignored, to view the ignored question, you have to navigate to the 5th question. There is no provision to display ignored and active questions separately when ignored duplicates are included.
- Go to Organization Settings > Response Projects > Preferences > Answer Library > Audit Answers.
