Overview
The Door integration is an add-on feature and must be enabled prior to use. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, to enable it.
Responsive integrates with the Door platform, allowing you to easily locate content in the Responsive Content Library and apply the answer in the Door app. This allows you to use Responsive content to seamlessly respond to questionnaires in Door (improving efficiency and speed in publishing), as well as sharing due diligence information with allocators, analysts, and fund investors.
- A Door icon appears in Responsive to indicate the content has been used in Door, and users can filter for content used in Door.
- Users are notified in Door each time a library response (source content) is edited. Notifications are sent for meaningful content updates only, such as updates to responses, not metadata edits.
- Merge tags can be applied to responses in Door, and users are notified each time the merge tag values are edited in Responsive.
- Responsive content used by Door is tracked in Responsive; we update the Used Count in our library and track the history in the Used History report.
