Using Split Text

Overview

Use this feature to split a paragraph into sections, sub-sections, question, answers, and more.

You want to declutter a Word document after importing it into Responsive.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Using Split Text

  To split a text from an imported Word document, you can select the text to be split and click SPLIT option from the Mark Options pane.

  

  Split option will not be displayed by default. It will be displayed only when text is selected. Additionally, split texts can be applied only to texts in paragraphs or in a same question. It cannot be applied across multiple questions.

  Once SPLIT is selected, the selected texts will be displayed as shown below:

  Select the text to open the configuration toolbar.

  Mark it with the required options. The marked split options will be displayed as shown below in the import page.
