Updating Users in Bulk

Overview

Updating users in bulk is a great feature within Responsive that will save you time and effort. There are numerous fields you can update in bulk including;

• Role
• Attributes
• Activate
• Deactivate
• Add Tags
• Remove Tags
• Force Reset Password
• Update Collections
• Email Preferences

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Updating Users in Bulk

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
  2. Check the boxes next to the user accounts you want to update.
  3. From the top navigation menu, select Bulk Update Users.
     
  4. Make the required updates and click Update.
     
     
     
     

• Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.

  Updating Users in Bulk

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.

  4. Make the required updates and click Update.
