Updating users in bulk

Overview

Updating users in bulk is a great feature within Responsive that will save you time and effort. There are numerous fields you can update in bulk including;

• Role
• Attributes
• Activate
• Deactivate
• Add Tags
• Remove Tags
• Force Reset Password
• Update Collections
• Email Preferences

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Updating users in bulk

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
  2. Check the boxes next to the user accounts you want to update.
  3. Select Bulk Update Users from the top navigation header.
  4. Make the required updates and click Update.

  Updating users in bulk
