Overview
The Responsive time tracking feature tracks users active time in the application. There are two different options of tracking time spent in Responsive, automatic and manual.
You must contact Support at support@responsive.io to enable manual time tracking.
See Time tracking FAQs for more information about time tracking and the difference between automatic and manual tracking.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.
-
Automatically tracking time
- Go to Organization Settings > Response Projects > Preferences > Others, then scroll down to Project Timer and click Configure.
