Tagging Content in the Content Library

Overview

Content in the Library can be tagged on the fly, individually as well in bulk.

See Assigning Tags to Questions for information on tagging questions. 

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Tagging Content in the Content Library

    1. Click the required content tab and locate the content you want to tag, then click the + icon next to the tags.
    2. Check the box next to the tags you want to apply, or click Select All to select all tags.
    3. Click Update.
    4. To tag multiple documents, select the checkboxes associated with the content. 
    5. Click Tags from the Bulk Options bar. The Bulk Update - Tags pop-up appears.
    6. Add or remove the required tags by specifying in their respective fields.
    7. Click Update. Tags will be applied to or removed from all selected content.
  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.

    Tagging Documents in the Content Library

    1. Click the required content tab and locate the content you want to tag, then click the + icon next to the tags.
    2. Check the box next to the tags you want to apply, or click Select All to select all tags.
    3. Click Update.
    4. To tag multiple documents, select the checkboxes associated with the content. 
    5. Click Tags from the Bulk Options bar. The Bulk Update - Tags pop-up appears.
    6. Add or remove the required tags by specifying in their respective fields.
    7. Click Update. The tags will be applied to or removed from all selected content.
