Overview
Users can sync calendar items in Responsive with their local Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar. Users must enable iCalendar in Responsive in order to set up the sync with Google and Outlook.
To show tasks and upcoming due dates from Responsive in your local calendar.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Setting Up iCalendar in Google Calendar
- Click My Work from the left navigation pane.
- Select Calendar View from the view options, then select the toggles for the dates you want to add to your calendar (tasks due, sections due, projects due, and content reviews due).
- Click the Copy Link button, then click Done.
- Go to your Google Calendar, click the Add icon next to Other calendars and select From URL.
- Paste the copied URL in the URL of calendar field and click Add calendar.
- The Responsive iCalendar appears in your list of calendars.
- You can see your tasks on your calendar and click on a task to view its details.
- You can enable the reminder email notification or update/change the due date by selecting the check box in the email notification settings.
- Select the options icon associated with the calendar, then click Settings.
- Configure the settings as needed from the list of options.
- Select the options icon associated with the calendar, then click Settings.
- The Responsive iCalendar appears in your list of calendars.
Setting Up iCalendar in Microsoft Outlook
- Click My Work from the left navigation pane.
- Select Calendar View from the view options. Select the toggles for the dates you want to add to your calendar (tasks due, sections due, projects due, and content reviews due).
- Click the Copy Link button, then click Done.
- Log in to Microsoft Outlook, then click Tools from the top navigation pane and select Account Settings.
- The Account Settings pop-up will be displayed. Click Internet Calendars and then select New.
- The New Internet Calendar Subscription pop-up will be displayed. Paste the copied URL and click Add.
- The Subscription Options pop-up will be displayed. Enter a name for the folder and click OK.
- Click Close.
- Go back to the Outlook page and click Calendar on the left-hand navigation pane.
- Select the checkbox next to the newly created calendar to view it within the calendar view.

Setting Up iCalendar in Google Calendar

- Log in to Microsoft Outlook, then click Tools from the top navigation pane and select Account Settings.
- The Account Settings pop-up will be displayed. Click Internet Calendars and then select New.
- The New Internet Calendar Subscription pop-up will be displayed. Paste the copied URL and click Add.
- The Subscription Options pop-up will be displayed. Enter a name for the folder and click OK.
- Click Close.
- Go back to the Outlook page and click Calendar on the left-hand navigation pane.
