Responsive lets you see the recent searches you've performed in the Content Library so you can perform them again. You can also save searches for easy reuse.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Saved searches in the Content Library
Click in the Search field and select the search you want to perform again.
- Six recent searches are displayed by default. Click the View more link to see a maximum of 10 searches.
- Searches are retained on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Click the red Remove icon next to a saved search to remove it from the list.
Saving a search after you have created it
- Click the Save icon.
- Enter a name for your saved search at the prompt, then click Save.
Using Saved Searches
- Click the Saved Searches icon at the top of the page.
Note: You must have at least one saved search to see the icon. - Select the search you want to apply.
Note: Responsive displays six searches by default. Click View All to see all of your searches.
- Click View All to view the last time the search was performed, the number of records it returned, and the filters it uses.
- In the View All pop-up, you can hover over the Actions for a search to see the options to apply the filter, set it as the default, share it, or delete it.

Setting a saved search as the default view
You can specify a saved search as the default view for the Library tab, Dedupe tool, and Content Library Trash.
Click the Saved Searches icon to see a list of your saved searches, then hover over the one you want to use as the default and click Set as Default.
Note: You can only have one default at a time.Your choice is marked as the default when you click Saved Searches.
- To remove the default, hover over the default and select Remove Default.
- You can also remove and change default searches from the View All screen.
