Overview
Responsive remembers your recent Content Library searches so you can perform them repeatedly with ease. Simply click in the Search field and select the search you want to perform again.
- Six recent searches are displayed by default, and you can click the View more link to see a maximum of 10 searches.
Note: You can click the red Remove icon next to a saved search to remove it from the list. - Searches are retained on a first-in, first-out basis.
You can also save your searches for easy reuse and set these saved searches as your default view.
Saving searches
- Perform a new search, or select a previous search.
- Click the Save icon once the results appear.
Note: The Save icon is only visible on the Q&A Pairs, Documents, Sections, and Catalogs tabs; it isn't available on the Top Results tab. - Enter a name for your saved search at the prompt, then click Save.
Using saved searches
- Click the Saved Searches icon
at the top of the page next to the Search field.
Note: You must have at least one saved search to see the icon. - Hover over the search you want to use and click Apply.

- In the View All pop-up, you can hover over the Actions for a search to see the options to apply the filter, set it as the default, share it, or delete it.

Setting a saved search as the default view
You can specify a saved search as the default view for the Library tab, Dedupe tool, and Content Library Trash.
- Click the Saved Searches icon to see a list of your saved searches.
- Hover over the one you want to use as the default and click Set as Default.
- You can only have one default at a time, and your choice is marked as the default in your Saved Searches list.
- To remove the default, hover over the default and select Remove Default.
- You can also remove and change default searches from the View All pop-up by hovering over the Actions column and selecting an action.
