Setting Up the Responsive Integration with the Seismic Enablement Cloud

The Seismic integration with Responsive is a two-way integration - meaning Seismic and Responsive have a bridge between the two platforms.

Setting Up the Responsive Integration with the Seismic Enablement Cloud

1. Go to Organization Settings >Integrations > Collaboration and click Configure associated with Seismic.
   
2. Click the toggle to enable Seismic, then enter the Tenant ID from the URL you see after you have logged into Seismic in the Tenant ID field.
   
   • The Tenant ID from the URL will be formatted as https://<TenantID>.
   • The Tenant ID is the portion of the URL you see after you have logged into Seismic. For example, if the URL is https://MYCOMPANYNAME.seismic.com, you only need to enter MYCOMPANYNAME in the Tenant ID field.
3. Click Verify Tenant ID to make sure the ID you supplied is correct.
4. If you get a success message, click Submit. You can now use Seismic with our application.
