Setting Up Offline Library Language Translation

Overview

You must have the Translation add-on, user level access to Organization Settings, and Answer Library backup enabled in order to use this feature. Contact support@responsive.io to access this feature or request enablement.

Offline language translation allows bulk translation of all Answer Library contents to the required languages using any third-party translation tools. See Setting up and using Content Library language translation for more information.
