Setting Up Intakes - Salesforce (Classic)

Overview

Salesforce allows you to create intakes from opportunities, leads, or accounts. The steps involved in setting up intakes in Salesforce are:

  • Creating intake links/buttons
Note: Creating links/buttons is similar to creating custom fields in Salesforce (see Creating and Mapping Custom Fields (Classic) for more details).
  • Adding the intake links/buttons to the Opportunity layout
  • Creating intakes from Salesforce

See Salesforce Integration Hub (Classic) for more Salesforce (Classic) documentation.
