To help protect your organization’s data from unauthorized access, you can specify a list of IP addresses from which users can log in to your Organization.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Setting Trusted IP Ranges for your Organization

    1. Go to Organization Settings > Security > IP Restriction and turn the IP Restriction toggle on.

    2. Enter valid IP ranges.
Note: If you want to allow logins from a single IP address, enter the address only in the From field only.
    3. Check the box if you would like to check IP for every request.
      • Checking the box means users will be logged out of the application if their network is changed.
      • If unchecked, authentication will be checked only during the login process and users will not be logged out even when changing networks.
    4. Click Submit.
  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
