Setting Privacy Settings for Specific Questions in Projects

Overview

You can set the privacy for questions at the question level.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Setting Privacy Settings for Specific Questions in Projects

  1. From the Project section, select the question you want to set the privacy for; then click the Update Save in Answer Library setting icon.
     
  2. Select Role from the Edit Privacy Setting drop-down list and choose the roles for which the question should be editable; then select Role from the View Privacy Setting drop-down and select the roles for which the question should be visible.
     
  3. Click Save.

  1. From the Project section, select the question you want to set the privacy for; then click the Save in Answer Library icon.
     
  2. Select Role from the Edit Privacy Setting drop-down list and choose the roles for which the question should be editable; then select Role from the View Privacy Setting drop-down and select the roles for which the question should be visible.
     
  3. Click Save.
