Self-Signing Documents Using eSignature

Overview

This article specifically refers to using the application's eSignature feature. For information about using eSignature with projects, refer to Using eSignature with Projects.

You can self-sign documents using eSignature

See Signing Documents Using eSignature for more information on how you can use eSignature.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Self-Signing Documents Using eSignature

    1. Click eSignature and select Sign Yourself.
    2. Upload a document from the Library or an enabled cloud storage integration.
      Note: Responsive supports the following file types:  .docx, .pptx, .pdf, .png, .jpeg, .jpg, and .bmp.
    3. Check the I’m the only signer box.
    4. Click Next.
    5. Click and drag fields (such as Signature, Initials, Date, and Text) to the document.
      Note: A signature can be created or edited by clicking on it once the field has been added, or it can be created from the Dashboard.

    6. Click Finish. A confirmation page will appear where the document can be downloaded.
      Note: The document can also be downloaded at any time from the Recent section of the Dashboard tab, or from the Documents tab.
