Resending Unverified Users a Responsive Email Invitation

Overview

If new users have not yet verified their account, and they cannot find the original email to activate their Responsive account, you can resend the invitation.

If users are not receiving invitations to Responsive, it may be because the Responsive email address is blocked. You must whitelist notifications@rfpio.com to receive Responsive's notifications.

Permissions

Only Admins with Organization Settings visibility can resend the invitation.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

    1. Go to Organization Settings > User Management > Manage Users.
    2. Find the unverified user.
    3. Click the Menu next to the user's information and select Resend Invitation.
      Note: You may need to scroll to the right to see the menu.

  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
