Overview
User accounts must be authenticated (meaning the user needs to accept the invitation, create a password, and log in) prior to receiving any email notifications of assignments, tasks, discussions, or workflows.
If new users have not yet verified their account, or verified users can't find the original email to activate their Responsive account, you can resend the invitation.
If users are not receiving invitations to Responsive, it may be because the Responsive email address is blocked. They must whitelist notifications@rfpio.com to receive Responsive notifications.
Permissions
Only Admins with Organization Settings can verify that team members have verified their login credentials and resend the invitation.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Resending unverified users Responsive email invitations
- Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users.
- Click the Not Verified tab to see what users haven't verified their login credentials.
- Click the three-dot Menu next to the user's information and select Resend Invitation. Once the user has verified their account, the user will be moved to Active status.

Resending unverified users Responsive email invitations
