Reopening Completed Sections

Overview

Administrators and users can easily reopen completed sections. Completed sections have a green checkmark in the Status column.

You need to reopen and edit of an existing section after the section has been submitted.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Reopening Single Sections

  1. For the section to be reopened, click the More Options menu and select Reopen Section.
     
  2. Click Confirm on the warning pop-up to confirm that you want to reopen the section.
     
     The section will be reopened, and the status will be changed to In Progress.
     

  Alternately, from the answering page, when sections are completed, you can click Reopen to reopen the section.

  

   

  Reopening Multiple Sections in Bulk

  1. Select the checkboxes to the left of the sections (or the checkbox at the top to select them all), then select Reopen Sections.
     
  2. Click Confirm on the warning pop-up to confirm that you want to reopen the sections.
     
     The sections will be reopened, and the status will be changed to In Progress.
