We integrate with PipelineDeals, where you can:
- Launch RFPs, RFIs, and Security Questionnaires directly from PipelineDeals, leveraging existing content from existing account and opportunity objects.
- Check Responsive project status from the PipelinesDeals dashboard.
- Gain insight about your resources used and deals won using built-in executive dashboards and summaries.
Configuring PipelineDeals
- Go to Organization Settings > Integration > CRM and click Configure on the PipelineDeals tile.
- Turn the PipelineDeals toggle on and click Add to Chrome.
- Select and add the RFPIO Chrome extension.
- Click Submit.
Fetching the API token
- Log in into PipelineDeals, then click the username and select Account settings.
- Click PipelineDeals API.
- Copy the Email ID, paste it in the provided field, then click Enable API Access.
- Copy the API key.
- Paste the API token into the User Account page in your account and click Save.
Integrating with PipelineDeals
- Click the PipelineDeals icon.
- Type and search for deals in the field provided. Select the radio button and click ADD.
Now the deal is integrated with your project.- You can create response projects through the extension. They can be enabled on the deals page in PipelineDeals:
- You can assign a Project Primary Contact. This will send a notification to users via email, letting them know that a new RFP has been uploaded in PipelineDeals. The user will receive the notification once you have created the response project with an imported file.
- You can either import the attached files in the CRM or you can upload them from your computer by choosing the radio button.
- Import multiple files and supported documents while creating response project.
- You can create response projects through the extension. They can be enabled on the deals page in PipelineDeals:
