Overview
OneLogin gives users the ability to access the applications and other resources they need to do their job by logging in once to a single interface.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

OneLogin configuration
- Login to OneLogin using valid credentials.
- Click Administration.
- Click Applications and select Applications.
- Click Add App.
- Type Responsive in the Search box.
- Click on Responsive, then click Save.
- When the Responsive page displays, click Configuration.
- Click Enable and enter the value for SCIM Bearer Token.
- You can generate the value of SCIM Bearer Token from Responsive's Organization Settings > My Organization > Security > SCIM. If the SAML SSO feature is not visible, contact your Account Manager.
- Multiple SSOs can be created for a single client instance. If required, raise a support ticket. Once approved, the team will enable it for the client.
- Copy the below generated token and copy it into the SCIM Bearer Token field of OneLogin.
- Enter App as the value for SCIM Instance, then click Save.
- Click Users and select Custom User Fields.
- Click New User Field.
- Enter rpfio_user_role as the value for Name and Shortname.
- Add another new user field and enter rfpio_business_unit as the value for Name and Shortname.
- Click Save.
- Go to the Responsive app in OneLogin and click Provisioning.
- Select Enable Provisioning and disable all other check-boxes.
- Click Save.
- Click Parameters.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cost Center.
- Edit the information as follows:
- In the Value field, select the value rfpio_business_unit.
- Select Include in User Provisioning.
- Click Save.
- Click Role and edit the information as follows:
- In the Value field, select the value rfpio_user_role.
- Select Include in User Provisioning.
- Click Save. The optional parameters will be enabled and will be displayed as shown below:
- Click Save.
Provisioning users in Responsive
Adding users
Users and their role will be added to Responsive once they are assigned to the SCIM application.
- Click Users tab and select Users.
- Search for the user for you want to provision in OneLogin.
- Click on the user name, then click Applications from the left pane.
- Click the Add button associated with Applications.
- Select Responsive and click Continue.
- Enter the value for Role and Cost Center.
- Click Save.
- Once the user is successfully provisioned, the page will be displayed as shown below:
- The provisioned user will be displayed in Responsive as shown below:
- If the role or Business Unit (BU) is not specified in the user profile, the default role (Team Member) and default BU will be assigned to the user.
- Once the user is successfully provisioned, the page will be displayed as shown below:
Updating users
User profiles will be updated in Responsive if any of the below attributes are modified for the assigned application user in OneLogin.
- Given name
- Family name
- Primary phone
- Title
- Time Zone
Email, user role, and BU cannot be updated, they can be set only during user creation.
Deleting users
If users are removed from the SCIM application, they will be rendered inactive in Responsive.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK on the confirmation pop-up. The user will be displayed as inactive in Responsive.

OneLogin configuration

- Select Include in User Provisioning.
- Click Save. The optional parameters will be enabled and will be displayed as shown below:
- Click Save.
Provisioning users in Responsive
Adding users
Users and their role will be added to Responsive once they are assigned to the SCIM application.

- Search for the user for you want to provision in OneLogin.
- Click on the user name, then click Applications from the left pane.
- Click the Add button associated with Applications.
- Select Responsive and click Continue.
- Enter the value for Role and Cost Center.
- Click Save.
- Once the user is successfully provisioned, the page will be displayed as shown below:
- The provisioned user will be displayed in Responsive as shown below:
- If the role or Business Unit (BU) is not specified in the user profile, the default role (Team Member) and default BU will be assigned to the user.
- Once the user is successfully provisioned, the page will be displayed as shown below:
Updating users
