Overview
You can manually notify content owners about their content in the Content Library. Notifications can be sent by any user irrespective of their user role.
You can only notify owners about their contents in bulk; they can't be notified about an individual piece of content.
Notifying owners in the Content Library
- Click Owners on the Filters pane.
- Check the box associated with the owner you want to send the notification to. The content belonging to the selected owner displays.
- Select the tab for which the notification has to be sent.
- Click the Notification icon, enter your message (optional) and click Send.
