Overview
Welcome to Responsive! This article gives the new user instructions on how to activate account, log in, and provides an overview of some of the features in the application.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Account Activation
You will be invited by an Administrator on your team to be added to your company’s Responsive instance. This will result in an email to your inbox:
Click Join your team to get started with Responsive.
On the account activation page, your team can choose to either activate their account using email and password or your organization's preferred login method (such as Google, Salesforce, or SSO).
To set up the account login using an email and password (no Single Sign-On or SSO), enter the details and choose a password and click Activate.
To set up the account login using any SSO identity providers, click the respective SSO that has been configured.
Once confirmed, you will be logged in. You will then receive an activation confirmation email:
My Work
After you log in, you will see the My Work page. On the Project View tab, your tasks are listed in the order in which they are due. Filters at the top help you find your tasks quickly and easily. Click the links to go to your assigned tasks. The Discussions pane shows discussions you have been mentioned in. See My Work for more information. The Calendar View tab shows your tasks by due date. Click the links to go to your assigned tasks.
Account Settings
Click your avatar top right corner to access your account settings. Update your profile and password, change your email, display and newsletter preferences, see the notifications that have been sent to you, and see your user integration settings.
Feature Highlights
Click the app launcher icon to see the different modules in the application.
Intake: Create an intake, or vote to approve or reject one. If approved, the intake becomes a project.
Note: The icons you see may vary depending on the products your organization has purchased.
Projects: See projects that you have been assigned to or assigned tasks in, or create a new project. View questions you have been assigned to respond to, and answer questions from items stored in the Content Library.
Content Library: View the repository of Q&A pairs, files, section templates and catalogs that can be used to respond to proposals. Add tags and flags. edit and filter the content, and view content properties and activities.

First-time Login Instructions

Enter the email your invite was sent to.
Click Forgot Password to create your password for manual log in.

If you selected Forgot Password you’ll be sent an email from our system to reset your password and return to log in.
