Overview
We continue to send out notifications until a project is marked as complete, canceled, or archived. Often users update the project stage to Complete and are frustrated when they continue to receive notifications.
Since project status values are fully customizable, Responsive doesn't accept an executable action based on those values. As long as the project lies in the current folder of Response Projects, you will continue to receive notifications.
You must update the project status by the following the workflow below.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.
-
Marking projects as complete
-
Click the three-dot Menu associated with the project
and select Complete Project.
-
Select the appropriate time and date for the project to be marked
as complete, update the project stage, and notify team members and
guests as needed.
-
Click Complete to save your changes.
- You can set up the application to allow Q&A pairs to be saved to your Content Library (see Saving Q&A content to the Content Library from projects).
- You can also set up the Content Cleaner to check for potential duplicates automatically before the pairs are saved (see Using the Duplicate Content Cleaner in the Content Library).
-
If you have set up the Content Cleaner to run automatically,
a message will appear telling you the check for duplicates
will be performed. After the process is complete, you can
see all the potential duplicates. They divided into
Duplicate Q&A Pairs,
Duplicate Questions, and
Duplicate Answers. You can select
Add to Content Library or
Skip adding to Content Library (Recommended)
for each category.
-
If you want to manage the potential duplicates individually,
click View Duplicates. They will be listed
by category so you can review and respond to each one. Click
the Show Content Library Match to see what
is currently saved. Click the
Add to Content Library toggle to save the
item, otherwise it will be skipped.
- When you are finished, select Complete Project or Complete and Archive. After the project is marked Complete, the reporting metrics in the Executive Dashboard will be updated and saved pairs will be added to the Content Library.
-
Click the three-dot Menu associated with the project
and select Complete Project.
-
Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact the Customer Success Team, or customersuccess@responsive.io, for more details.
