Managing Pending Email Notifications

Overview

When assigning tasks, you can opt to send an email notification immediately or queue it to send later. When you are assigning multiple questions or sections, queueing email notifications prevents frequent notifications for each individual assignment.

Click the pending notifications icon pending notifications icon.png to see them. The badge indicates how many there are. The icon is only visible when All or Current projects are displayed, and it will only appear when there are pending notifications.

Note that the icon only appears if there are pending notifications. The number in the badge shows how many notifications there are.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

    1. Click the pending notification icon to display the list. Remember, the icon won't appear if there are no pending notifications.
    2. From the Pending Notification Queue, you can preview, send, or delete any pending notifications. Multiple notifications for the same project are grouped together.  managing_pending_notifications1.png
