Overview
You can opt to send email notifications, immediately or queued to send later, when you are assigning tasks.
When assigning multiple questions or sections, queueing email notifications prevents frequent notifications for each individual assignment.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Viewing and managing pending email notifications
- Click the Pending Notifications icon to display the Pending Notification queue.
- The icon is only visible when All or Current projects are displayed, and only when there are pending notifications.
- The number in the badge shows how many notifications there are.
- Preview, send, or delete any pending notifications.
Note: Multiple notifications for the same project are grouped together.
- Click the Pending Notifications icon to display the Pending Notification queue.
