Managing individual and company time zones

Overview

You can change your company level time zone and select business/non-business days while assigning tasks. The time zone can also be changed at the user level.

Setting company level localization

To modify Company time zone, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Company Information > Localization and Languages > Localization.
  2. Select the Date Format, Time Format, Default Time, Time Zone, and Currency from their respective drop-down options.
  3. Click Save.

Setting user level localization

You can change your time zone by editing your profile from My Account.

  1. Go to My Account and scroll down to the Address & Time Zone section.
  2. Select the time zone from the drop-down. It will be auto-saved.

Setting non-business days

This feature allows for skipping non-business days while calculating the start and due date for tasks, authors, reviews, and projects.

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Company Information > Localization and Languages > Non-Business Days.
  2. Turn on the Non-Business Days toggle and select the days you want to set as non-business days.
  3. Click Save.
