How-to guide for guest users

Overview

As a guest user, you can respond to project questionnaires via the guest response portal, view shared Content Library questions, and view completed projects via export response packages.

  • Guest users can only answer the questions and sections that they have been assigned; they can't access the entire Content Library or log into Responsive.
  • Guests can see the existing content in the Response fields of the project content assigned to them.
  • Guests receive assignment notifications via email and anyone, even a third party, can collaborate as a guest.

Responding to project questions

  1. From the email, click View Section to go to the guest portal.
