- If you change the project stage to Completed, it will be included in the Project Stage report on the Executive Dashboard.
- If you move an entire project to the Completed category:
- Any Q&A pairs you marked to be added to the Content Library will be added
- The reporting matrix will be generated for the executive dashboard
- Notifications will no longer be sent for the project (but you can turn off notifications without completing it, if necessary)
In both cases, the projects will still be considered Active and count toward your active project count.
