Overview
We do not accept any files that have imbedded macros and/or formulas.
If you try to import a Word document in an older version of Word (with the file extension .doc), you will receive an error message stating Invalid file type. We only support documents with .docx, .xls, .xlsx, and .pdf extensions.
You need the system to accept a document in an older version of Microsoft Word.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Fixing the Invalid File Type Error When Importing Word Documents
In order to correct this issue, re-save your document in the latest version of Word.
- Go to your document, click the Windows icon, then select Save as Word document.
- Save the document to a location in the local drive.
- Import the document.
- Go to your document, click the Windows icon, then select Save as Word document.

Fixing the Invalid File Type Error When Importing Word Documents
