Ensuring Team Members Have Verified Their Login Credentials

Overview

Admins can verify that team members have verified their login credentials as necessary.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Ensuring Team Members Have Verified Their Login Credentials

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Users > Manage Users and click the Not Verified tab. Any users listed here have not verified their account.
     
  2. Once the user has verified their account, the user will be moved to Active status.

  1. Go to Organization Settings > User Management > Manage Users and click the Not Verified filter. Any users listed here have not verified their account.
     
  2. Once the user has verified their account, the user will be moved to Active status.
