Displaying Only One Collection to a User in the Content Library

Overview

You can configure which collections display for users.

Permissions

Super Admins or Admins with access to Organization Settings can create collections accessible to all users in the company, and remove particular users from a collection.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

• Displaying Only One Collection a User in the Content Library

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Content Library > Collections.
  2. Assign only a single collection to that user. Only contents from the assigned collection (and the default collection) will be displayed to the user.

• Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
