Changing or Resetting Your Password

Overview

You can update your login password, or reset your password if you forgot it, within your account settings.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Updating Your Password

    1. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner and click My Account.

    2. Click the Settings tab and click Update Password.

    3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.

    4. Click Update.

    Resetting Your Password

    1. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner and click My Account.

    2. Click the Settings tab and click Update Password.

    3. Click the Forgot Your Password link, then click Done to confirm.

    4. Once your receive the Reset Your Password email, click the Reset Password link to create a new password.

    2. Click the Settings tab and click Update Password.
    3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
    4. Click Update.

    Resetting Your Password

    1. Click on your profile avatar in the bottom left corner and click My Account.
    2. Click the Settings tab and click Update Password.
    3. Click the Forgot Your Password Link, then click Done to confirm.
    4. Once your receive the Reset Your Password email, click the Reset Password link to create a new password.
