Overview
You can change or reset your login password from within your account settings.
This process applies if you are still logged in to Responsive. If you are unable to log into Responsive, see Resetting a forgotten password.
Changing your password
- Go to My Account, then click the Settings tab and click Update Password.
- Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Update.
Resetting Your Password
- Go to My Account, the click the Settings tab and click Update Password.
- Click the Forgot Your Password link, then click Done to confirm.
- Once your receive the Reset Your Password email, click the Reset Password link to create a new password.
