Clearing your browser cache

Overview

Clearing your cache and refreshing your browser can alleviate issues you may be encountering in Responsive. 

Here are some common issues that clearing your cache can fix:

  • Login issues
  • System features or navigation buttons not visible
  • New release features do not appear
  • Images not populating (broken link appears)

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Clearing Your Browser Cache

    You can quickly clear your browser's cache using these shortcut keys:

    • Chrome & Firefox
      • Windows - CTRL + F5
      • MacOS - Command + Shift + R
    • Safari
      • Command + Option + E
    • Microsoft Edge
      • CTRL + Shift + Delete > Temporary Services and Files > Delete

    In addition to clearing your cache, other best practices include:

    • Ensure that you're working in an updated version of a Chrome browser.
      Note: Responsive is optimized for Chrome and is fully compatible with Edge Chromium, so you do not need to use it in Compatibility mode.
    • Only log into Responsive from one browser or tab.
