Submitting Product Feedback to Responsive

Overview

You can submit product feedback via the Product team, Support team, or your Customer Success manager. Feel free to send any questions, comments, feedback, bugs, or recommendations you have. We'd love to hear from you! 

Submitting an idea that you think would help improve the software, or letting us know about a bug that you encountered so that we can fix it.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Submitting Product Feedback to Responsive

    • To send an idea directly to the Product team:
      1. Click the information icon information icon.png to display the Help menu. Click Suggest a feature at the bottom.

      2. The pop-up window shows ideas that have already been submitted. You can vote for them, see comments them, and check their implementation status. Most popular ideas are listed by default, but you can select Newest ideas and Closed ideas from the menu. 

        Use the search feature to see if your idea has already been submitted. If it hasn't, click Give feedback.

      3. Enter the information in the form. Check the Notify Me if People Comment on My Idea box if you want to be notified of this, and then click Submit

        Note: As you are entering the title and description, any similar ideas already posted in the portal display in the pane to the right. If one of them is the same as yours, click on it to vote on it or add comments to it.
    • To submit a bug:
      1. Click the information icon information icon.png at the top of the page, and then click Report a bug at the bottom of the Help menu

      2.  Enter the information as requested.

    • Click Chat with us to talk to an agent from our Support team or leave offline messages from within the application.

  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
