Referencing Responsive Help Center articles in your organizations documentation

Overview

You can link to Responsive Help Center articles in your organizations documentation to help train your users.

Some content in the Responsive Help Center is restricted to logged-in users. If users are not currently logged in to Responsive, they will be prompted to enter a password before viewing the articles.

Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

  • Referencing Responsive Help Center articles

    • If your documents are PDFs or Google Docs, you can link to Responsive articles directly. 
    • If your documents are Word documents, you will not be able to link to Responsive articles; Word tries to download the article rather than passing the link to a web browser. We recommend sending your documents as PDFs.
  • Essentials features are subscription-based and may not be available for all users. Contact your account manager, or accountmanagers@responsive.io, for more details.
