Overview
You can link to Responsive Help Center articles in your organizations documentation to help train your users.
Some content in the Responsive Help Center is restricted to logged-in users. If users are not currently logged in to Responsive, they will be prompted to enter a password before viewing the articles.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Referencing Responsive Help Center articles
- If your documents are PDFs or Google Docs, you can link to Responsive articles directly.
- If your documents are Word documents, you will not be able to link to Responsive articles; Word tries to download the article rather than passing the link to a web browser. We recommend sending your documents as PDFs.
