Overview
Some content in the Responsive Help Center is restricted to logged-in users. If users are not currently logged in to Responsive, they will be prompted to enter a password before viewing the articles.
Links to Responsive Help Center articles can be included in your organization's documentation.
You want to use Responsive Help Center articles to help train your users, or create a starter guide for your users and include links to Responsive Help Center articles.
Select the applicable tab for your edition of Responsive.

Referencing Responsive Help Center articles in your own documentation
- If your documents are PDFs or Google Docs, you can link to Responsive articles directly.
- If your documents are Word documents, you will not be able to link to Responsive articles; Word tries to download the article rather than passing the link to a web browser. We recommend sending your documents as PDFs.
